My class usually lasts 2 1/2 to 3 hours and it will give you some basic recipes to help you get started enjoying the Raw food way. There are also raw advanced classes .We will have small classes so everyone will have a chance to talk and share and learn .The classes are Dutch and English spoken. Vegan Cinnamon Chocolate mouse


1 Cup almond Milk
2 Cups avocado
1/2 Cup Cacao powder
2 Tb Vanilla extract
1Tsp cinnamon
Agave to tast

In a high speed blender or a food processor, Add the 2 cups of ripe hass avocado, the cacoa powder, extracts, sweeteners, almond milk and sea salt. Blend on high until well blended and smooth.
Pour into serving glasses or bowls and chill for several hours before serving.
You can garnish it with shaved chocolate or goij berrys, whatever you like.
