Let me show you how much fun it is to learn how to make some great recipes and enjoy eating them too.Classes Available! My class usually lasts 2 1/2 to 3 hours and it will give you some basic recipes to help you get started enjoying the Raw food way. There are also raw advanced classes .We will have small classes so everyone will have a chance to talk and share and learn .The classes are Dutch and English spoken. Appel pie



For the crust

1 Cup fine chopped almonds
3/4 Cup pitted medjool dates

For the filling

2 Appels
1/4 Cup raisins
1 Tsp cinnamon
Agave to tast

Mix all the ingredients for the tart crust in a food procesor, until you get a sticky texture that resembles texture of a dough!

 Line the mini tart shells with a plastic wrap, place the dough and gently press and spread to achieve the shape of a tart.

Get the tart crust out of the shells.

Cut the apples and mix them with agave ,cinnamon and the raisin.
Mix the ingredients and fill the pie crust and serve immediately.
